Our design process will lead you step by step to ensure you have every chance to provide feedback during the creation of your new web site. We follow a very simple and facilitated Seven Step Process.
Initial Contact
We are contacted by you as a potential client interested in our services. We
meet with you and discuss what your online goals are, possible marketing strategies,
your design ideas, and realistic budget limits. From there we do our research
and provide you with a guaranteed quote for our services.
Finalize Agreement
Once our quote is accepted by you we draft a Web Design Contract. This is done for two reasons:
1) This protects you as a client with the assurance the project will be completed by us on time and in budget.
2) Protect us from less then serious clients that fail to follow through. Yes it happens.
Once the contract is signed by both parties and the deposit is received we begin work on the next step, design concept.
Design Concept
We will provide you with at least three different design concepts for both new web sites or web site redesign projects. These are posted online for you to view and approve one or provide feedback. From the finalized and approved design concept we will create the template that will serve as the foundation for your web site.
Working Progress
Your web site in progress will be accessible to you at all times. You can check daily on the progress and are encouraged to provide feedback throughout the entire process. We will contact you for specific questions on the design and layout as well providing you the opportunity to be involved as much or as little as you like.
Testing
The most important part of the web design process is of course making it all come together and work. We rigorously test and have you test areas to ensure your new visitors will be satisfied with their online experience on your web site. This again is your opportunity to make sure the web site functions exactly how it was envisioned to.
Finalization & Delivery
Once the web site is fully functional and you have approved it for launching we establish the timeline for public release. Upon the site going "live" never fear, you still have our full attention for 30 days FREE for small updates and minor adjustments to get your web site just right.
Upkeep & Maintenance
We offer reasonable packages for monthly updates and maintenance to your web site. If you don't need updates very often we can also do discounted hourly rates on a case by case basis. Flexibility and personalized customer service is what sets us apart from the rest.
